Portion control is getting much easier! Josh wanted to order Chinese so I got a chicken curry, I don't really like any of the steamed stuff so I decided to get that and only do a cup of the curry and a cup of the fried rice.

It was still close to 700 calories, which is a huge meal- can't believe I used to eat the full deal-1400 calories, for lunch. That's crazy. I'm full with no desire to have any more. It was filled with sodium so I know that will do funny things to the scale, so no weighing for a few days.

Thank you! I do find being kinder to myself leads to better results. Anytime I have been too strict I always end up sabotaging myself. Progress not perfection is a great mantra!
