Day 33

Weighed in @ 211! Not as much as I hoped, but I had alot of salt yesterday, so part of that may be water... we'll see on Tuesday...

I'm thinking about cutting down on my carbs... not crazy cut down, but I seem to average around 200 a day, so I was thinking I'd try to cut that in half.

We'll see!


Bought a new work-out dvd (cardio)! Can't wait to give it a try!
