Goal Today: Soak Up as much sun as possible! Vitamin D is good for you, in amounts, and I never am that hungry when I spend time outside! Mental Goal: Stop looking in the mirror and over analzying my body
End of the Day: Goal 1: Completed!And I didnt eat as much because I was having fun in our pool working out just by playing around!
