Rough summer with death in the family. I've gained 8 lb. Now starting over again, 50 lb weight loss is my goal with a time of 10 months. That would be 5 lb per month until June 2011. 1. Drink more water 2. Move daily 3. Journal daily 4. Record foods here, at least for the first 10lb 5. Control eating out: once/week preferred 6. Pack foods for work 7. Up at 5am on 12 hr shifts to walk outside or treadmill 8. Continue weight training twice a week 9. Weigh daily to keep track of progress/problems 10. Limit desserts/treats to once a week
