Food was an epic fail yesterday, had a lunch to go out to, had a small chicken salad thinking I would make it up at the school christmas recital since they were having pizza, burgers and wings. ended up having 1 piece of half raw pizza only, then ended up going to another photography shoot until 10.30. drank a tomne of water so wasnt really hungry all day
81,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
