Diario de nasticmom, 03 dic. 19

Every Monday evening my husband and I get together with 3 other couples for dinner and scripture study. We take turns at each others homes. Last night was our turn. I have a difficult time when eating at other peoples homes where I do not get to chose nutritious meals. I do the best I can to stay on track on those nights. Last night I chose to make my traditional cheesy sausage lasagna. Definitely not on my nutrition. However, my serving was a little different. I substituted the sausage for ground turkey, and I added the saute vegetables in olive oil with Italian herbs to the top of salad greens instead of pasta. I passed on the bread and desert with no problem. It is this kind of life changes I have been able to make easily thanks to the help of my nutrition program and coach. Happy Holidays.

There is turkey sausage and it is good. Hillshire farms. But, sodium count is up there if that matters to you.
