I worked out again today...hadn't done so in at least two weeks. It felt good. I've been watching my calories and therefore, I haven't gained or lost any weight. God is grand! I am thinking of investing in a fitbit. It costs 99.00. I figure I've spent more than that on pizza, so I should be able to do something positive for my health.

If I'm not mistaken exercise releases endorphins (and no you don't have to be a marathon runner to get that kind of rush) and it's thought to also boost serotonin (which is basically the happiness brain chemical.)

hmmm. Fitbit huh? I had heard of the Bug device (they use it in my gym and see them wearing them on Biggest Loser). Have not heard of the FitBit.

Go to fitbit.com. Cool device! However, it's on backorder. Cheaper than bodybug and does the same thing. I think it may take some time to set it up, but it will be worth it.
