i don't know how much i weigh because i don't have any scales available, i'm still feeling pretty sick i'm going for blood tests next Tuesday to rule out glandular fever :/.
start of the hay diet is going ok, i did add a little cheese to my pitta this morning without thinking but it was one teeny cube so you know baby steps :P.
maybe i'll see if i can get weighed at the doctors.
