Another busy day today. Again, hubby was off and kids were at grammy's. We were running around looking for things for our trip and hubby had a Drs. appt. We were out early and stopped at a favorite spot for a waffle. Yes, a waffle. I had one with lots of fresh berries and I did indulge in a little vanilla syrup. I counted it all though. I was hoping that these waffles were comparible to Ihops, because that was all I had to go by in the food list. I did not have lunch and had a very light dinner. Only problem is I had no protien today.
The other thing is I accomplished the 3 mile walking video today. Yeah!!! It was a 45 min. workout. I have a weigh in tomorrow and I hope to see a nice loss.
I have to take my dad out tomorrow afternoon for a Drs. appt and I told him I would take him to the waffle place . It's his favorite. I am going to try to plan ahead with low points earlier in the day in case of a slight indulgence. I will also get my workout done prior to going.
