It's been one month since I started and I'm 12 lbs lighter with a new belief that whatever I put my mind to -- with a plan and commitment -- I can achieve, anyone can if you first truely purpose it in your mind, even when you can believe it yet, then everyday reinforce your purpose until your actions make you a believer.

I know that this is a journey not a overnight solution, which through this time I will have the time to permanently change my life habits and by doing so, my body. YEA!!!

I thank me for helping that part of me who has felt ignored and pacified with the wrong things....I am committed to listen to every part of me to work out what's inside, and to maintain a healthy, happy being and be an inspiration to someone else to let them know....you can!

It's scary but I look forward to next month when I'm 12 - 14 lbs lighter!
