Very proud of myself for not blowing it yesterday. Easily could have, the Easter cake for Mother-in-Law turned out beautiful, and everyone loved it. I graciously resisted, even though they really pushed. My ETL dinner consisted of Cauliflower, grilled red onion, grilled zucchini, and black beans, while everyone else had traditional Easter dinner fixins. Whew! glad that's over.
