Day 1 over - need to look at an alternate source to avocado due to the high fat content, decrease this and add something else like chia seeds for fibre, should balance out eventually. need to totally look at my hydration during the day, its a nightmare still peeing so late at night. Woke up with a headache today, still think its lack of hydration, will see what tomorrow brings.
