I've always had issues with elimination/constipation. I just added a fiber supplemet to my diet in the last couple of weeks, but I think in April im gonna purchase another bottle of RenuHerb Colon Cleanse which is 100% natural. Also going to try to make some of my green tea just sitting in my refrigerator...i hear thats good for elimination. Going to look to see if there is a forum about any other colon cleansers that help as well...or maybe someone has tips for possible home remedies. :)
