Diario de Socrgrl, 09 oct. 07

ok, so i'm starting to slip a bit...I've been giving in to the doughnuts, pumpkin muffins and such that my work makes every once in awhile...at the beginning of this, I would be strong and walk past, but now I'm giving in. GRRR. The good thing is that my husband told me today that he wants to start on the diet because I have encouraged him! :) What a cutie, huh? I haven't lost any lbs. for awhile...keeping pretty steady tho, but I need to lose this weight before Christmas when I go home to CO with all my family. I need to be strong...I need to turn around and get back on it the right way. So here goes...back to Phase 1.

Thanks for the message! :) I hear ya girlfriend,... been giving in to things I'm normally strong with out. Having healthy foods on hand is the trick for me. Not the easiest, but it definitely makes a bad choice into a good one. You can do it!! :)

The good thing is that you must not be over doing it cause your staying steady. If you do give in add some extra time to a workout and if hubby (which is very cute!) is joining you then make him get up and walk run whatever after dinner before dinner when ever you can and youll see the weight come off GOOD LUCK
