Well didn't have much of a lunch made a real nice salad but my teeth were really hurting and I couldn't chew anything so guess if this keeps up I will have a pretty good weight loss when I weigh in the morning. I joined the 10 in 10 challenge and have to weigh tomorrow. I'm going to have a raspberry parfait for supper. They are delicious and not too many calories and since I am following Atkins no carbs at all.
