Went shopping yesterday and wasn't sure what to expect... didn't know what size I am now. Well, turns out I'm starting to get into 14's... After being in 18's and 20's for the last 8 or so years, and 16's prior to that... What an amazing feeling. Even bought a bathing suit. I'm going to try a cellulite smoothing wrap.. I hear although temporary, it might get me by in that bathing suit. Downside of losing.. especially over 40.. your skin doesn't tighten as quickly as you lose the weight. But I'll deal with that... one way or another.

This place has been really helpful for me too. I sterted with the firts month just using the cell phone app. Then I discovered it was connected to this. Great recipe ideas here too! Welcome! And good luck to you!

Thanks- so far I really like it! Got one of my co-workers to sign up today too- I love the way it tracks my food and tells me wahat the carbs are ect.. makes me look at things a litle differantly. I plan to try a recipe this weekend, they all sound wonderful

Hey, Google dry-brushing for the body. I've just started it in the hopes it will eventually lead to tightening of the skin. Lots of claims, may be BS, but it definitely makes your skin feel softer and smoother almost immediately. Good luck...I'm 50, and the skin is an issue, for sure!
