PMS days are hard to deal with... body image is shot to hell even if briefly. I saw some pictures of myself- mostly thigh and backside... and although I have lost significant weight.. it's just not pretty. The skin is soffter & a little looser making little lumps and bulges more obvious. Also I noticed the texture and coloration of some areas is not great. Very disillusioning and demoralizing. I wonder if it will change? I mean over time... or have I actually scarred my skin? I have to wear a bathing suit in 2 weeks and I'm NOT looking forward to it.
