As sore as I am I still did my 30day shred exercise. I actually love it, I don't know how the jillian michaels 30 day shred works cuz apparently this is just 1 of the 30 min workouts...I don't know but either way i've fit in exercise and i'm still doing my phase 1. So i'm very proud of myself cuz for a whole year i've been trying to start phase 1 again and haven't managed to do it...I guess it IS possible to do it a second time w/ success. Now if I can just keep up my daily exercise routine diet or no diet....Hmmmmm?*
