OMG did I kick that plateaus butt! 8 lbs in like 10 days! Wow... wish I knew what did it... kicking up the exercise or maybe the b complex supplement.. I dunno, but I am not complaining. Ran a full lap on the tread yesterday! total of 3 miles in about 45 minutes between the eliptical and the tread, both walking and running. Then some abs and arms.. one of these days, maybe I actually won't be embarrassed by my tummy!

Great job! Way to go! Keep doing what you're doing, it's obviously working....regardless of which is helping the most.

I did a bunch of reading and apparently, the B complex is a HUGE boost to weight loss. Not in and of itself, but it supports calorie, carb and fat burning. Helps you to metabolize more efficiently. What a cool thing to stumble onto!
