i did exercise and ate 2 healthy meals today.thats the good news.the bad news is my best girl friends husband died last night.this is her second husband to morn.just when i was trying to feel ok about so many people dying around me lately.i cant imagine losing a spouse.so sad.

How sad. I can't picture what I would do if DH died. Good thing she has you as her friend to help her through this.

My wife and I had that same discussion just this morning. I'm not from around here, but all my wife's childhood friends are dropping like flies. It makes you really count your blessings, and wonder why you're still looking at the earth from the right side. I try to consider every day a gift. Was just listening to the news this morning where 8 teenagers stole a car, flipped it in a pond, and only 2 survived. Life is too short not to make the most of it.
