There is heaps of aerobic dvd's out there to buy. I have one for hips and thighs for all levels of fitness - not that I use it, but I need to. I also have one for walking in your own home. I suppose it depends just on what type you want. I have tried my walking one and it is good -just a matter of doing it, like anything.
