9st 8.5 (2.5 on at WW again) This put me over ten stone at WW which is motivating me to call a halt to this decline, even though it's a really bad week to try with lots of eating out and Jon away for the week so no supervision in the evenings. But I'm feeling determined, I've been staying within my points so far and balancing indulgences where I can, but how this will work when I'm back at work, which is horribly stressful and depressing at the moment, and on my own in the evenings, remains to be seen! I've changed my lock screen on my phone to a hideous fat photo to keep the motivation at the forefront of my mind! I'm glad to have lost a pound since my last home weigh in anyway, and hopefully this will continue both at WW this week and my next home weigh :-)
