I excerise 2 times a week and just started going back to T.O.P.S (TAKE OF POUNDS SENSILBLY) I have gained 20 pounds since I retired and need to take it off because I am having leg and hip problems and can't excerise as much as I would like to. I eat the right foods but like to snack in between meals and not on the right food
