Fourth of July. Still maintaining but I realize that I need to really focus on points and exercise to make a dent here. I need a plan for the barbeque today. I am taking the salad and fruit so that gives me something that I know I can eat. OK. Breakfast will be healthy as normal. This is usually not a problem area. Lunch, wil be a lean cuisine. At the barbecue I need to drink lots of water. One burger and salad and all the veggies I can eat is one goal. Major goal...no dessert. or at max 3 bites.
