I may have a lower weight, as the "at home scale" is showing 140lbs. It is almost always off by a few pounds though - so I will have to wait till my next ww meeting. I am likely 143 by the ww scale.
I am trying to live more on core foods - and trying to stay just satisfied to see if I can maybe one day become a core follower. I am hoping that that will one day make it easier for me to maintain my weight loss.
It has been raining too hard for my morning walk, so I am trying to be active by being busy with house work.
