Being sick is always a challenge for anyone. Making yourself eat when you really aren't hungry at all is also a challenge. I'm nearly better but my appetite is still non existent. This diet at least helps me to get the bare minimum of calories to survive. When I am ill I want to curl up in a little ball and not eat at all! I've had to make myself eat and drink. Almost over it, very thankful for that! Just lingering ear pain...I'm going to bounce for a few minutes today to get my system back on line. Happy day! :)
