Be careful weighing yourself every day! Your body will go up and down throughout the day and as the week goes by. I used to do it, but found I was really discouraged all the time becuase I would weigh myself day to day and in the middle of the week I tend to be heavier than on the weekends. Can't quite figure out why! Good job on the weight loss! Keep up the hard work and it will start melting off!
