Gains are always tough to record but once you press "submit", it feels like part of the weight has already left you :) I have no doubt you will buckle down and work hard to make those 3 pounds history. You'll be in 130-ville before you know it! Search out some healthy foods/recipes/snacks for your next camping trip (and even this weekend!) so you can enjoy it and still be on track. You can do this!
