Diario de Katsolo, 23 sep. 19

Made it through the weekend into another crazy week at work. Did get rid of two pieces of furniture, but not bags of other stuff, still, a good start. So much going on these days. I am loving the new additions to the Health app that Apple made as it's letting me take a solid look at my data without having to download. Today will be 45 days (less my two flat on my back in bed sick days) of closing all three rings @600 move calories per day, I think the next move will be to increase my daily burn goal to 620 which is much harder than you'd think. I'm also going to count out another 45 days from the sick days because why not? I started off with a goal of burning 460 active calories some two years ago, so progress has been made, my endurance is up a lot and I am much more fit than when I started.

Baby steps on resuming actual cooking since it's cooled down a bit. I've made yogurt and chicken so far this week. Soon, it will be time for soup! We don't count the grill.
