Diario de livelifefully, 30 jun. 08

Back from camping. My weight is up a little along with it after having snacks of banana boats (really yuumy- banana, marshmallows and chocolate chips in foil melted over the fire)or ice cream every night. Overall we had a nice time and I love to reconnect with nature.

I counted points today and will keep at it this week. I'm heading to the gym tomorrow afternoon too with my workout buddy and told her we need to get back in the swing of things as we haven't stuck to our regular schedule since I started working outside the home. I need to get my abs back firmer again. My flabby belly was actually looking somewhat flat for the first time in a long time. I'll weigh in on Thursday.

Mmmmmm... banana boats *wipes drool from chin* I haven't made those for a few years but I remember how goooood they are! Good resolve for getting back into your workouts and counting points. You'll have that little gain be a thing of the past in no time :)

I agree-- mmmm... banana boats. We always just do the standard smores. Have to try that! You've done so well, getting back into a routine is all that you will need to drop that slight gain.

that sounds delish, i will have to try them! in this heated desert we only camp in the winter! i can't wait. glad to hear you enjoyed it! what are you talking about getting back in the swing! you were doing your best this month while working! lol you know what you gotta do tho!
