Good Morning to Team SkinnyUs (LOVE IT)
Ready to kick Weight loss wednesdays ass? I am. today i start week 4/12 of my first personal challenge. i slept like a rock last night, must of been from hammering out a ton of laps at the pool last night, followed by a delightful hottub and steam session with my best friend. it helped with the stiff muscles from the weekend. Ate clean clean all day. i was interested in stepping on the scale this morning but am avoiding it until the lady TOM has subsided. i accidently weighed in yesterday and have no idea how to undo it, as i am postive that im in the low 126's today, but am happy as long as the inches and numbers are going down. My plan for today is
M1 - protein shake & pear M2 - Whole wheat wrap chicken & hot sauce M3 - V8 Soup M4 - MYSOPLEX (POST WORKOUT) M5 - ?

Getting in a full body workout today and then off for 90 minutes of bikram yoga which will feel nice as it is rainy n a lil chilly out today, im sure Vegas is freezing as well.. HAHA.
