Hello everyone,
I just wanted to check in and let you know we are heading out camping for the rest of the week, so I won't be responding to your journals this week (unless there is internet access at the campground.) So you all have a great week. I am planning to do tons of walking and biking this week. I need it! My weight is up a little and I haven't been eating as carefully as I should. I guess I will weigh in now. Talk to you all soon. Rachel
