I have been eating far more protein and have increased the exercise that I am doing slightly. Fortunately I do not feel hungry or deprived with this new eating regime. Unfortunately my skin has flared up a little and I wonder if it is because of the additional Tofu that I am consuming. Fortunately in Asia tofu is fresh and tastes amazing! I think that I will now only have tofu every two days and see if that works well for me. Next week I have to travel to Tokyo where the diet will be put on hold until I come back. I will be enjoying (fully) all the food Japan has to offer although I will "try" to consume less sake! :-D
