Safa'a - I use Carrie Brown's Keto ice cream recipes, her book is available on Amazon. However she uses xylitol which I can't tolerate, so I substitute a mixture of Allulose and Stevia. 

gz9gjg.🙋🏻‍♀️ I also do not tolerate the xylitol and do not follow the keto even🤷🏻‍♀️, but I am looking for a recipe ice cream be suitable for family and sugar-free, stevia very suitable for me. Thank you👍🏻☺️ 

Safa'a - I mentioned Allulose because it's a great sweetener for ice cream. Most sugar substitutes cause ice creams to be too hard, or grainy; Allulose doesn't; but it also is not as sweet as sugar. I mix it with Stevia to get to sugar sweetness.

The ingredient of coffe ice cream The same but subistitude strawberry by Nescafé 1\2 spoon cocoa Easy to prepare but all ingredient in the mixer till homogenesity then freez it One question what is allulose?
