There is much joy to find outdoors. Nature and the life found there must be hardwired into our happy sensors. You look like having a wonderful moment. Thanks for sharing. It's pouring rain outside... will get out as soon as there is some blue to see up there.

My oldest daughter's yearly hiatus back to Texas, her birthday is June 29 and she tries to make it back to see her mama every year. I wasn't drinking Old Crow that day, but definitely had a few swigs later that night back at the house.  

That's a nice zoo. I've driven by there on my way to Nacogdoches a number of times, and never realized it was there until I went there last year.  

We've got a Friends Of The Zoo membership, we go all the time. My sister is a dispatcher, Jnix, that's a stressful job! 

I see this photo and I cannot believe how well you have done from the photo a year or so ago😊😊😊💪💪💪👍❤️ you look healthy and happy 😊. Well done Phil👏

Phil, you have made so much progress. I'm proud of you dude. You have made so much progress but you have the the same challenge as I. It's time to get rid of the fat guy t-shirts. Your buff now... LOL

I like the clothes but then again l like baggy cotton t-shirts. I have tons and love it when my husband wears his.  

I'm picky AF about clothes and hate getting rid of anything, I can't wear my fat pants anymore, but I wore all of them until it just wasn't practical! I like my shirts large and loose, in this Texas heat I can't wear clothes that "fit", I would be miserable. Besides, I would rather spend my money on my daughter, she always wants something new. I know, bad daddy, spoil that baby (Lord, she turns 7 on the 25th!) 

Phil- we are opposites. I'm loving buying new clothes! Trying not to spend very much money as I fly through sizes. Already got rid of everything in my closet that was too big. 🤸🏻‍♂️😊
