Lost 4 lbs from my last weigh in, I hope I can keep it up. I tried on some tight jeans and they are fitting better even this soon! My mom went grocery shopping so I think there is some food downstairs I can eat now yay! I am so happy to see the weight go down on the scale I was worried it wasn't going to? I don't expect 4lb lost every week I know its my first full week of paying attention to my body's needs so there is probably going to be a lot of fluctuations with time and I know I need to eat more next week-- but still it feels great!!! I haven't lost weight in ages, and when I did I weighed myself daily sometimes 10x a day and that is unhealthy, I like the whole once a week weigh in. But I lost 4lbs with 3 days of basically no dieting at all (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) last week since I was out of town, so hopefully I can get all my days on track with 1000-1200 calories a day! I don't feel deprived, honestly, because I still eat whatever I want but just smaller sizes or sugar free/fat free versions
