I am going to start working out more. I was looking at my July/June/May diet and exercise calendar and I lost 5 lbs this month (May i lost 12, June I lost 8). I really stagnated on the exercise front, and could have really justified the increase in calories for July if I had just been more consistent with working out more. I wanted to be under 200 by the end of the month, but it didn't happen. Also, I still feel winded during work outs, which I did not want to be happening at this point. I wanted to feel full of energy when working out. Also, I wanted to have a lot more muscle to help burn off more cals. I am not beating myself up or trying to be discouraged, I'm just pointing out the things that I could have worked on a bit more... pinpointing where I can do better this month. All in all, 5 lbs is a good loss for a month that was full of birthdays, holidays, and summer festivities. I don't feel like I deprived myself in any significant way and I still lost weight.
