Do I understand OWL correctly?

So I've been on Induction for 7 weeks. My weight loss has been slow, so I thought maybe going OWL it'll help.

So.... am I understanding correctly that the next step is 25 Net Carbs a day and I add 1 new item to my eating list this week. Right? Like I can add blueberries this week?

I'm just curious. I'll probably stay on Induction this week because I already have the food. But I want to start planning ahead for next week.

Do you really only add 1 item each week? That will take me forever to add stuff. Just curious.

I think you do only add 1 new food or food group that totals an extra 5 grams of carbs per day each week. That way if your weightloss stops or whatever, you kind of know the guilty party! But, thats just from my understanding, since Im hanging out on induction for a while longer myself!
