Diario de carladawn, 20 jun. 08

I am pretty happy about how the day has gone. I had a little walk this morning. Unfortunately my shin splints started acting up so I wasn't able to walk a briskly as I would have liked. The diet has been pretty good. It is now 8:30pm and I am trying not to think about food although I am feeling hungry. I really am feeling so uncomfortable these days. I hate this feeling. It's amazing how good I feel just dropping a few pounds. The trick is to keep going even if I feel better. I am really hoping that this website and support will help.
