ㅋㅋㅋ 오늘 음식정보 하나더알개됐내요😆😆 dutch cocoa fat 22-24% 는 ph 가 7.0-8.4 (가공할대 alkaline 을 추가한것이고) 자년 cocoa 는 ph 가 5.2-5.9 (acidic) 분명히 일반분한대는 자년이좋캣지만 신장안좋은사람음 가능하면 alkaline 이좀놉은음식이 좋다하내요 (대부분 채식와과일은 알카라인성분임니다 단백질놉은음식들이 acidic) 이랫어 신장애 alkaline 이좋다고하는군요 😁😁😁 오늘두 새로운 음식 knowledge 발견 ㅋㅋㅋ😄😄
