You are absolutely right , This meal actually was may cheatmeal . and its meet with may macros and calories , may 4 days total carb intake it's around 157 gram only , And may cheatmeal alow me to keep focusing and continue may diet . And I'm still losing weight 😄

Albreda, you know not what you say. Carbs provide better energy for exercise. And this meal has more fat than carbs anyway.
