I always think, "Man, it took forever just to get this far...". But, it's not true. I started with weights, and resistance training in Feb of 2017 - not even 2 years ago. But, I can say it's been a LOT of hard work just to get this far. It's still a work in progress, but it's nice when you really start to see the gains flesh out.
