Wow! I lost a lb I thought sure I'd gain from eating some much with my hypoglycemia I guess it has revved up my metabolism I've read somewhere that can happen. I've just gotta go grocery shopping when I get paid at the end of the week to get some more healthy low fat snacks.

Well, gave into temptation tonight for dinner we are cleaning house so I figured I'd burn at least some of it off.

I didn't really have a chance to eat my snacks today and I can really tell the difference in my level of hungriness and low blood suger too. Lesson learned take time to eat.
