Gonna try my hardest to make this bike ride today. I actually woke up feeling good and ready to go for an early ride, then my mom called me and owned me. I have to take her to a Dr.'s appointment in the morning, so no time for bike ride till later in the day. But wait! Jersey Shore will be on! What to do, what to do...do what they do..GTL BABY!! I'll just dvr that and project runway :)
I am back down to 203.8 after almost a week of ups and downs. Weird that I lost when I was on the time, but couldn't lose the whole week after. Well, not so weird, I did eat a lot of stuff that wasn't the healthiest. I guess I should just be glad that I didn't gain in a week huh?
