I'm disapointed. I gained 2.8 lbs this weekend. How?? I don't know. I guess because I did have a little bit of sugar, I didn't think it would be that big of a deal as long as I stayed near 20-25 carbs. I think I'm going to read the Atkins book (last time I only skimmed through it) and I'm going to start in induction again on August 1st. I feel like I've been bouncing around 157-160 for too long.

2nd week of excersing 5 times a week, Day 2.
I feel a lot better when it comes to exercise. The exercises on the Wii Fit are becoming a lot easier, but I'm trying to continue to challange myself. I've noticed that when I sit down not as much of my belly bulges out now, but no weight or inches have been lost.. is that possible?

How often do you weigh yourself? I weigh myself every Monday morning. I know that your weight can change by a few lbs from one day to the next, depending on water retention and what not. I wouldn't worry about 2.8 lbs...just keep going and don't get discouraged.
