Hello all, Okay, I did a gym session this morning - first time in two weeks. I'm still quite stuffy but to hell with it, either this cold kicks in properly or buggers off now! It's messing with my weight. I can see that my tummy has gained some fat again. Doing gym is hard at the moment. I have a very small time 'window' to fit it in and the two things that are interfering are my lazyness and my pregnant wife. I feel terribly guilty waking her up to go to gym and mostly she's simply too tired to go so I end up working out on my home gym. Oh, well. I'll work it out some how. Ciao for now.
