I thought exercising was supposed to give you 'all this energy'? I have exercised two mornings straight at 515 am and have just been dragging all day. I was exercising in the evenings like at 830 and I honestly think I felt better. I don't know if my body is adjusting and it will get better, but wow I am ready for a nap!

It can take a few weeks for your body to adjust to a new schedule. But some people just do better with exercising later in the day. The one good thing about doing it in the morning is that you get it out of the way.
