if those around you are not participating in your lifestyle change you have to remember that this is not their issue, it is yours. When you go out to eat or to other peoples homes you cannot control what the people around you choose to eat, you can only control what you DECIDE to eat. You have to practice saying no thank you. If you are the primary cook, rework the meals you make to include things that are friendly for you but still tasty to others. It can be done. Keep working at it. People who try to sabotage your plan are AFRAID that it will change the way your relationship works, especially if you have a heavily food and drink relationship.
