Hello, buddies! I hope everyone is doing well. I have been on track all weekend.......my son and boyfriend are both out of town which makes it easier to stay on track.

I went to the bookstore last night and bought "South Beach Supercharged." I'm still reading it. Have any of you read it?

I do have the book, I have only been glancing at different things and reading bits and pieces. I really need to get it read properly. I see that it really does focus on exercise and interval training in particular. That seems to be the major difference I see so far...what do you think?

I love it! I love that it recommends how to ease into Phase 2 correctly. I did not master that to help with my food cravings and keep losing weight. I know now...the hard way, lol! Keep reading, you'll love it too! :)
