Technically that is true, but our bodies don't always work that way. Other things factor in to our weight loss (hormones, stress, sodium, illness, genetics, amount of exercise, etc.) You might hit your goal before 6 months or after. But stick with it and you will succeed. Good luck!

Never hurts to estimate and think ahead. I agree it doesn't always work out the way we hope it will, but is sure helps to plan ahead. Wow you sure are making the effort and walking almost 4 hrs today!! WAY TO GO!!!! you just might make it to goal is less time!
